My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, even at the highest setting, were enjoyable but a bit draughty. On the downside, the joining door to another room allowed me to hear next door's conversations during the early hours. The need for a real upgrade was evident, with old worn-out carpets and stained, dirty curtains from years of wear between the bathroom and bedroom.

The hotel is in a perfect location, just across the road from Manchester Piccadilly station. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, although there's no bath which could be a downside after a tiring day in the city. The service is very welcoming and attentive, even offering warm cookies to guests. However, the dining experience may leave some wanting more vegan-friendly options.

The hotel is conveniently located near Manchester Piccadilly Station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms, while a bit tired, offer fluffy towels and toiletries, with an excellent breakfast provided. However, the lack of housekeeping and only one paper cup for two nights was disappointing.

However, the absence of a mini fridge and the warmth in the room were drawbacks. I do plan to stay here again on my next visit to Manchester.
