The service was top-notch, with courteous and helpful staff who put things right in their fresh, polite, and professional manner. The location was brilliant, very close to Manchester Piccadilly Station, which made it easy to head to places I wanted to go. On the downside, the joining door to another room allowed me to hear next door's conversations during the early hours.
